This thermal fiber stripper is a great tool for the jointer
Thanks to the heating surface and a pair of blades, this thermal fiber stripper allows the removal of the 900 um buffer and the 250 um acrylic layer in a single pass.
Furthermore, from laboratory tests, the breaking load of the fibre, after stripping, is not compromised by microfractures, which can instead frequently happen if a traditional fibre stripper is used.

This thermal fiber stripper is an exceptional tool for the splicer. Thanks to its heated surface and a pair of blades, this thermal fiber stripper allows the removal of the 900 μm buffer and the 250 μm acrylic layer in a single pass. Furthermore, laboratory tests show that the fiber's breaking load after stripping is not compromised by microfractures, which can frequently occur when using a traditional fiber stripper.
