SM MM FHS2Q01F Fiber Optic Source
This stabilized source for single-mode and multimode optical fiber is a precise and reliable instrument.
Its main use is to measure the insertion loss of an optical link, in conjunction with a fiber optic power meter (such as FHP2A04) located at the other end of the link. Correct measurement requires a preliminary direct connection between the source and the power meter to set the reference to 0 dB.
By equipping ourselves with our Excel application for Tier 1 certification, it is possible to issue a regular test certificate
For multimodal measurements, the use of the appropriate tool is suggested measuring kit
