Features of the MT-70-3X fiber optic delivery microtrenching machine
The MT-70-3X machine is able to create a micro trench with a variable width between 11 and 24 mm (depending on the disc configuration) with a maximum furrow depth of 23 cm.
These features make it ideal for FTTH delivery systems in rural or residential areas (the so-called Cluster C and D).
The construction features of the machine make it much more effective than using ground cutting machines low-end, and at the same time its relatively small size allows for easy transport in medium-sized vans.
Usage
The machine typically operates with three diamond blades for asphalt/concrete, mounted axially and spaced with the supplied spacers, which allow you to determine the desired trench width. The maximum diameter of the blades for this application is 600 mm. The trench depth, depending on the diameter of the blades, is as follows:
- 500mm disc: maximum depth 18 cm
- 600mm disc: maximum depth 23 cm
Alternatively, you can use diamond wheels with diameter up to 600 mm (digging depth 23 cm) and width 16 or 20 mm
As a simple asphalt cutter, it is also possible to mount a single 700 mm diamond blade for a cutting depth of 28 cm.
The processing is wet, thanks to the large 50-litre water tank equipped with a specific disc cooling system.
The MT-70-3X micro trenching machine is made using high-quality and robust materials, for continuous use over time without problems except for ordinary maintenance.
It is recommended to use a industrial vacuum cleaner for liquids to significantly reduce the dispersion of the liquid on the ground.
