Features of the MT-60-CCW fiber optic delivery microtrenching machine
The MT-60-CCW machine is a medium-sized asphalt cutting machine specifically designed for the construction of a micro-trench for FTTH in the “delivery” sector, ideal for FTTH systems in rural or residential areas (the so-called Cluster C and D).
Notable features include:
- Maximum tool diameter: 600 mm (digging depth 23 cm)
- Powerful and reliable engine Honda GX690 twin-cylinder petrol engine (22.1 HP)
- Counterclockwise rotation of the tool: this feature, unique among products in this range, reduces drastically the presence of excavation residues inside the micro-trench, increasing significantly improves the efficiency of the processing.
- Reinforced mechanical structure to withstand greater stresses
- Manual advance by operating the side handwheel
- Optional: autonomous hydraulic advancement
- Tool lifting/lowering with manually operated hydraulic circuit
- 80 litres of integrated water tank
- Small size: 137 x 75 x 110 cm
- Mass 260 kg
In the case of creating a micro trench, a grinding wheel of appropriate diameters is used.
MOL-500-16 (depth 18 cm, width 16 mm)
MOL-500-20 (depth 18 cm, width 20 mm)
MOL-600-16 (depth 23 cm, width 16 mm)
MOL-600-20 (depth 23 cm, width 20 mm)
Alternatively, with an optional spacer kit, it is possible to use a pair or set of three diamond discs, 500 or 600 mm in diameter, in place of the grinding wheel, thus being able to vary the width of the trench according to the spacers used.
Transition 4.0
Optionally, the machine can be supplied in a configuration that makes it suitable for the deductions provided for by the National Transition Plan 4.0. This configuration includes an industrial smartphone and access to the system CBM monitoring and geolocation
